Assertion and Managing Difficult Staff Situations
Information
We all face difficult staff situations from time to time and our credibility as managers depends upon our ability to manage the outcome effectively. Part of the problem is dealing with the internal stress a situation may naturally create and then responding appropriately, using the right level of power and assertion. This course helps managers achieve this balance.
The course is designed for managers and team leaders who need to manage their staff and potential conflicts within their team. We learn through experience what works for us and, equally, what doesn’t! This course is designed to speed up this learning process so that handling difficult staff situations becomes a productive process from day one.
