Sue Cooper

Sue spent the first 20 years of her career in blue chip retail organisations in senior trading and change management roles. In her corporate career, she did everything from master-minding the biggest ever shipment of Christmas trees to the UK (as a buyer and Trading Director) to developing corporate strategy, with spells in HR and IT in between. She moved into management development 5 years ago.

She co-founded Enigma Development to develop her interest in teaching people how to get the most from their jobs and driven by a prejudice that traditional training courses fail to make a difference. She also lectures in workplace psychology at the University of Westminster. Sue is a Cambridge graduate and has also trained in psychotherapy.

Outside work, Sue is mostly to be found knee-deep in mud in her quest to create the perfect garden.
