Our service

The different methods of training deliver that Taylor Associates could provide;

  1. Workshop style face to face training. Suited to groups limited to 25 delegates requiring intensive, highly interactive training. Still the most effective method for learning and ideally suited for the major product courses and selling skills covered in the conferences. These also provide a rare opportunity for the delegates all to meet and interact face-to-face.
  2. E-learning – 35 individual models of web-based learning which can be administered, tracked and tested. The modules are very product specific e.g. swaps, options etc. This is probably not the preferred method to cover what is envisaged, but is available if required.
  3. Webinars – suitable for small groups, accessed over the internet, and ideal for short modules (1 hour is typical) of either more focused subject matter, or Q&A style reviews. This would be a very useful tool to re-enforce the training as well as filling any gaps in the learning. It can also be used for Team Leaders to interact with their groups, even if they are in different countries. It only requires that delegates have access to computers/laptops that have video and audio, and delegates are sent a link which can be activated at any given pre-arranged date. The webinars are live events, but they can be recorded and accessed by any bank staff for a given time period e.g. 30 days.
